Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are health and personal-care products and kits, we cannot take back products once they have been delivered in good condition. We will always help if something is wrong with your order.

When we will replace or refund

  • You received a different product from what you ordered.
  • The product arrived damaged, or with a broken or tampered seal.
  • The product is past its expiry date or expires within 3 months.

Please check your parcel at delivery. Do not accept a parcel that is damaged or has a tampered seal.

How to raise a request

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp/phone +91 75750 08686 (9 AM – 9 PM, Monday to Saturday) or email agravatinfo@gmail.com.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product, the packaging and the invoice.
  3. We will check your request within 72 business hours. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If we need the product back, we will arrange a pickup; it must be unused, in its original packaging, with the same batch number as on the invoice.

Not eligible

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong product.
  • Opened, used or partly used products.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Free gifts, unless they arrive damaged or expired.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and are completed within 30 days of approval (or of the return pickup, if one is needed). Your bank may take a few extra working days to show the amount.

Cancellations

Orders are packed quickly, so we cannot promise that an order can be cancelled once it is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately: if your order has not been dispatched yet, we will try to cancel it and refund you in full. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was shown wrongly, or the address is not serviceable. In that case you get a full refund.
