Please read these terms before ordering from osmfkart.com (“OSMF Kart”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order through this website.

1. About us

OSMF Kart is owned and operated by Dr. Agravat Healthcare Ltd, a company registered in India. Registered address: Dr Agravat Wellness Center, Sindhubhavan Road, beside Victory Lane, opp. NK Farm, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059, India.

2. Using this website

Access to the website is free. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Information on this website is for general awareness and is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor. Read the label and directions on every pack before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition, please speak to a doctor first.

3. Products and pictures

We take care that descriptions and pictures match the products. Pictures and packaging shown are for illustration and may vary slightly from the product you receive.
Products are sold subject to availability. Minor changes may be made to a product between your order and dispatch (for example to meet regulations); these will not change its main features.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping is free on orders delivered in India.
Payments are made online through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking). We do not see or store your card details. Cash on delivery is not available.
If a price shown is wrong, we will contact you before processing the order. If the correct price is lower we charge the lower price; if it is higher you may accept it or cancel and get a full refund.

5. Free gift offer

Orders with a product value of ₹2,500 or more (before any free gift) get one free gift: either 1 Organic Moringa Powder (200 g) or 2 OSMF Small Size Toothbrushes, as chosen in the cart.
One gift per order, while stocks last. The gift has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and is removed automatically if the order value falls below ₹2,500.
If an order is refunded, the free gift is part of that order.

6. Orders, delivery, cancellations and returns

7. Our liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
