How many fingers fit in your mouth? Stack your fingers flat between your upper and lower front teeth.
Usual range
Mouth opening looks fine. For burning or ulcers, OSMF Oral Gel is a gentle start.
Mild restriction
A good place to start is the 1-month OSMF kit – then check again.
Moderate restriction
The full 2-month OSMF program is usually the better fit. Our doctor can guide you.
Severe restriction
Please talk to our doctor first. In-clinic OLI therapy may help.
A quick self-check, not a diagnosis.
